This is another version of enamel wares. This one is called Doria, which was design and made from different countries such as Chekozslovakia and Austria.
This particular item in the photograpgh was made in Chekozslovia and believe to be used between 1940's to 50's. It is considered one of the latest design compared to earlier design with embossed flowers.
If you can take a closer look that it was engraved in Tamil on the body and even on the wooden handle.
Some wealthy individual in the Tamil Community used this as a DOWRI as a wedding gift.
