This photograpgh was taken in the year 1920's to 1930's in Kuala Lumpur. It is stated on the photograph itself. If you take a look closely, you can see two indian administrators from the government with the village administrator. Two men holding their white bowler hat and a tie. It is proven that our Indian community was well educated and work with the government.
