The Tamil Treasure blog was established on July 2011 to showcase information of the items collected to everyone and build bridges of understanding and friendship with our multicultural society. Older Version Copper Water Boiler which was used in 1930's. This water boiler was hand-made and rare collectibles. In Tamil referred as "Vemba". Hot water is made in the primitive "tall boy" copper heater, dried cowdung - and - straw pats its fuel, fired in a tray at the base; and the water for a bath is caught in the smaller unda (copper pot) beneath the heater's tap.
