Soap Stone Container
This container was made from a stone called "soap stone". This type of stone was used widely to produce different types of kitchen wares in 1940's era. This stone naturally consisted with cooling element which naturally preserved the food when placed-in. Those days, when visit wealthy people's home, we can noticed this type of stone wares commonly used in kitchen. This container was used to kept oil in kitchen.
